CHCT Services LLC is a mental health consulting, training, and clinical services practice founded to support individuals, professionals, and organizations through compassionate expertise and practical, systems-informed guidance.
We provide mental health consulting and professional training, continuing education programming, Maryland Board-approved clinical supervision for LGPCs, and limited psychotherapy services. Our work is grounded in ethical practice, cultural humility, and a deep understanding of behavioral health systems and community-based care.

Dr. Chantelle Taylor, DHA, LCPC
Founder | Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor | Behavioral Health Consultant
Dr. Chantelle Taylor holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Adminstration and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with extensive experience across behavioral health, nonprofit, and community-based service systems. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and systems-level leadership, with professional focus areas that include quality assurance, compliance, workforce development, program design, and sustainable models of care.
Her clinical and consulting work is informed by years of experience supporting individuals with complex diagnoses, co-occurring mental health and developmental conditions, and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Dr. Taylor’s approach emphasizes ethical practice, reflective leadership, and practical solutions that honor both individual needs and organizational realities.

Professional Services & Boundaries
CHCT Services LLC offers multiple service lines to meet diverse needs:
Consulting and training services are non-clinical and do not include diagnosis or psychotherapy treatment.
Clinical supervision is provided in accordance with Maryland Board requirements and is distinct from consulting and training services.
Psychotherapy services are provided separately under a formal therapeutic relationship with appropriate informed consent.
This structure ensures clarity, ethical practice, and strong professional boundaries.
